02 / How we operate

The single-window principle

The institute keeps key competencies in-house: the documentation comes out coherent, and responsibility stays in one place.

  • 01

    Our own designers

The design team is inside the institute — from process to related disciplines.

  • 02

    Our own surveyors

Integrated survey department: drilling, static cone penetration and geophysics with our own equipment — in one workflow with design.

  • 03

    Our own special equipment

6 drilling rigs (drilling depth up to 50 m), 10 all-terrain vehicles and cars, a field camp for 8 people.

  • 04

    Our own project management system

Project management office: chief project engineers run Tyumen and Saratov with no break in responsibility.

  • 05

    We calculate in-house

Calculations, cost estimates and process modelling stay within the team — not “subcontracted to a subcontractor”.

  • 06

    We design in-house

We produce the documentation ourselves: a readable set that passes expert reviews.

We join at any stage

There is no single design approach that fits every task. We build the work structure adaptively — around the specific project and the client’s model.

You can come to us with just an idea: we will help turn it into a design assignment and assess its feasibility — before you invest in an expensive project.
