1. Cookies and analytics
alliance-project.ooo does not set any cookies of its own.
The Yandex Metrica web analytics service (YANDEX LLC) is connected only after you click “Agreed” in the cookie notice. Before consent and after refusal the counter code is not loaded and no data is sent to Yandex.
The Yandex Metrica counter is currently switched off on this site: the counter code is not loaded and no cookies are set.
2. Browser storage
For the intro screen, the colour theme and the online tools to work, the site stores technical data in the browser's sessionStorage and localStorage on the visitor's device. This data is not sent to the server automatically and is not used for tracking.

The facility, HPF and HPF owner names from the “Type of work” test and files uploaded to the “Brief analyzer” are not stored in the browser.
3. Yandex Metrica
Purpose: traffic statistics and improving the site — which pages and tools are in demand, where visitors come from, which buttons and forms are used (for example, form submission, clicks on the phone number or email, downloading the reference list, changing the language or theme).
The counter sets Yandex Metrica cookies and stores service data in localStorage. It receives the IP address, browser and device information, the addresses of pages viewed and the referral source, and actions on pages; click map, link tracking, accurate bounce rate and Webvisor (session replay) are enabled. The contents of form and tool fields are marked for Webvisor as not to be recorded — asterisks appear in the recording instead.

The data is processed by YANDEX LLC under the service's terms of use and in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”. The institute receives from Metrica only aggregated statistics and Webvisor recordings. Yandex Metrica terms of use.
Retention: Metrica cookies are kept in the browser from 30 minutes to 1 year (see the table) or until deleted. The retention period of collected statistics is set by the Yandex Metrica terms of service.
How to opt out: click “Decline” in the cookie notice or below; delete the site's cookies and block cookies in your browser settings; install the Yandex extension that blocks Metrica.
4. Colour theme
By default the theme is chosen automatically by the time on your device: light from 07:00 to 19:00, dark the rest of the time. Neither the time nor the theme is sent to the server.
If you choose a theme manually with the button in the site header, the choice is saved in the browser (key ap-theme). To return to automatic mode, use the theme button (“Auto” mode) or the mobile menu.
5. Site language
The language is determined by the page address, for example /en/, and is not stored in the browser.
6. How to delete data
sessionStorage data is deleted when the tab is closed. localStorage data and cookies are deleted when you clear site data in the browser settings.
