Personal data processing policy

This policy sets out how personal data are processed and protected at Alliance-Project LLC (the Operator) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

The policy applies to personal data that visitors to alliance-project.ooo submit to the Operator through the website forms.

Materials submitted through the website tools: answers to the “Type of work” test, a brief compiled in the Design brief builder, a file uploaded to the Design brief analyser and its check report.

Providing the results of the website tools, replying to the visitor’s enquiry and preparing a commercial proposal at the visitor’s request.

The data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ), which the visitor gives by ticking the corresponding box in the form.

Consent to personal data processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation tools.

The Operator does not disclose personal data or transfer them to third parties, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Personal data are processed until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The data subject may obtain information about the processing of their data, request its clarification, blocking or destruction, and withdraw consent (Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ).

Requests and withdrawals of consent should be sent to info@alliance-project.ooo.

The Operator’s actions may be appealed to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court.

The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and disclosure (Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ).

The website tools perform calculations in the visitor’s browser. Answers and drafts are kept in the browser storage on the visitor’s device and are transferred to the Operator only after the form with consent is completed.
