The texts, images, diagrams, graphic design and other materials of the site are results of intellectual activity (Arts. 1225 and 1259 of the Russian Civil Code). The exclusive rights to them belong to Alliance-Project LLC unless stated otherwise.
Use of the site’s materials without the written consent of the rights holder is prohibited (Arts. 1229 and 1270 of the Russian Civil Code). Infringement of the exclusive right entails liability under Part Four of the Russian Civil Code, including Art. 1301.
Free quotation is permitted in the cases and to the extent set out in Art. 1274 of the Russian Civil Code, with the author and source indicated.

3. Logo and company name

The “Alliance-Project” logo and company name belong to Alliance-Project LLC (Arts. 1473 and 1474 of the Russian Civil Code). Third parties may not use them without the company’s written consent.

4. Not a public offer

Information on services, the scope and timing of work and other site materials is provided for information only and is not a public offer (Art. 437(2) of the Russian Civil Code). It is an invitation to make offers (Art. 437(1) of the Russian Civil Code).
The scope, cost and timing of work are set by a contract with Alliance-Project LLC.

5. Online tool results

The “Type of work” test, the “Brief builder” and the “Brief analyzer” generate a result automatically from the visitor’s answers and materials. The result is informational and preliminary.
Tool results are not an expert opinion, including an industrial safety expert review, nor design or working documentation, nor the official position of Alliance-Project LLC.
The type of work, the scope of documentation and the requirements of the design brief are determined by specialists from the facility’s input data and by the contract.

6. Limitation of liability

The site’s materials are provided for information and may change without prior notice.
Alliance-Project LLC is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the site’s materials and the results of its tools, or for the content of third-party sites linked from it.
